Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) Product Specialist for its Bio-tech software clients located in Ann Arbor, Michigan to begin onsite immediately. As a member of this team, you will become a 4DM nuclear imaging SME while you play a pivotal role in supporting customers with training, enablement, and troubleshooting.


The role will be onsite in Ann Arbor, Michigan the majority of the time, but will also require 25-40% travel nationwide in order to meet and coach customers in person as they implement the software. Additional responsibilities will be as follows:


*Training Customers*


• Training Physicians and CNMTs on 4DM software at their hospital location – requires out-of-state travel

• Assess and research customer related imaging and reporting issues

• Configure customer / hospital’s application to meet those needs

• Thorough documentation

• Assist with pre-sale product demonstrations

• Develop educational presentations and write-ups

• Other related projects as requested


*Creating Product Related Material*


• Involves strong business writing skills

• Organization and logical thought

• Material includes:

§ User Guides

§ Clinical Guidance Documents

§ Product Collateral

§ Training Narratives

§ Research and summarize Industry related topics, as requested

§ Develop analytical reports as requested


*Assisting Other Areas*


• SALES

§ Understand customer needs

§ Assist them through the purchase process

§ Product Collateral § Training Narratives

§ Research and summarize Industry related topics, as requested


• RESEARCH

§ Assist with the management of clinical image datasets

§ Assist in the generation of abstracts and technical papers

§ Grant writing a plus


• DEVELOP / DOCUMENT PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA, BS, or AS Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Medical Imaging Technology Experience
  • Possess a CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Candidate must have a minimum of one-year clinical experience in nuclear medicine
  • Demonstrable writing experience, of any nature, with examples that can be evidenced
  • Comfortable using computers for processing images and general office needs
  • Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office, directory organization and local area networks
