Alexander Steele continue to work in partnership with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester who have grown consistently year on year for the last 5 years with growth projected to continue for the next 5.

Due to the ongoing success & significant investment, the business now requires a high performing Production professional to join the senior management team as a Nightshift Production Manager, salary is up to £60k and this role will operate on a permanent 5 nights x 8hr shift pattern.

Salary up to £60k plus bonus, pension & private healthcare

You will have will full oversight of the whole of Production when on shift and will report into the Head of Operations.

What we are looking for:

• You must have a high level of people management experience within Production or Operations within Food Manufacturing, this is a must have.
• Knowledge of driving & implementing a C.I/Lean culture
