About The Role

The Job

We are looking for a Night Operations Manager on our Anglian Contract to take responsibility for the organisation, planning of work for a team of operational staff out in the field dealing with planned and reactive work.

• Organise and plan workloads for a team of operational staff working on planned and reactive night-time field operations.
• Oversee and ensure the safety and compliance of the vehicle fleet and operational equipment in line with relevant legislation.
• Ensure all work is delivered to high standards, meeting strict timescales and procedural requirements.
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations across all aspects of operations.
• Manage effective scheduling and communication to ensure all team members are informed and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Regional Managers to identify and support growth opportunities within the contract.
• Be office-based with flexibility to visit field sites as required to support operations and staff
  
  

About You

• Previous Management/Supervisory experience
• Full UK Driving license – no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent IT Skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Programs
• Excellent Organisational and planning skills
• Experience in ensuring maximum productivity and optimum asset usage.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety.
