Job Description

Real Estate Strategy & Execution Analyst supports the corporate real estate team in evaluating, planning, and executing real estate strategies that align with business objectives. This role involves market research, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and project execution to optimize the real estate footprint and implement cost-effective solutions. The analyst collaborates with real estate asset managers, project managers, internal stakeholders, and finance teams to support decision-making and ensure successful project execution.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Support the development of real estate business cases to optimize the company’s portfolio across office, labs, and industrial spaces.
  • Conduct lease and portfolio analysis, identifying opportunities for consolidation, expansion, or cost reduction.
  • Build portfolio strategic plan on short-mid-long term as derivative of real estate and business strategy.
  • Develop financial models to assess real estate scenarios, relocations, and opex/capex/cash impact.
  • Design and develop dashboards to display various analyses based on insights from the Portfolio and Strategy team.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate strategy, financial analysis, corporate real estate, or consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, lease analysis, and cost-benefit assessments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with real estate software and databases (e.g., CoStar, Argus, MRI, Yardi, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of lease structures, workplace trends, and corporate real estate best practices.
  • LEED GA, CoreNet MCR, or real estate financial modeling certifications are a plus
