DDM Group has an immediate opening for an Newsletter Editor who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns that includes managing email databases, crafting engaging copy, growing subscriber lists and leveraging the respective technology to drive traffic back to our websites and Destah app.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify target audience and grow our newletter subscriber lists
Analyze data to create effective email segments for growth and engagement
Create funnels and purge email lists as needed for optimal performance
Set and manage email automation processes
Develop, maintain, execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Create well-written copy that is error-free and engaging
Conduct market research to better comprehend prevailing user behaviors.
Review our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
Upgrade our newsletter templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Sync up with writers, editors, production, design and other teams to bring appealing content to audiences both broad and targeted
Ensure prompt and accurate communication to users via email to minimize unsubscribes and complaints
Constantly monitor and analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
Complete reporting on email marketing performance
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
