Qualifications
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Experience working with children, preferably in schools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge ofIEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities
Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
Providedirect therapy servicesfocusing on speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Participate inIEP meetingsand contribute to goal setting
Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
