Summary

Responsible for solving various complex technical problems. Identify quality issues and provide solution to ensure high quality standard. Support continuous improvement for existing machine and platform improvement and Novities launch. Plan and control budget for indirect materials. Drive operation skill training and new chanine training. Participate in global networking actities to create and improve global alignment on production tasks and solutions. Do you have what it takes? At least 5 years working experience Sufficient IE\NPI experience or familiar with packaging material and process Has a proven knowledge or education to handle master data and system related tasks Deep understanding of NPI&IE process both in a local and global context Collaboration with different teams Business English level, able to co-work with colleagues\supplier from different countries. IT: Intermediate computer skills Microsoft office, especially for Excel SAP system knowledge AutoCAD experience is beneficial Technical Skills: Practice in active use of Lean tools. Well IE related system knowledge – Method&Time Measurement, etc. Finance knowledge – costing, budgeting etc is beneficial. #LI-SG1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
