About the Role
As our New Product Development Manager, you will lead the design and engineering team in creating groundbreaking LED luminaires. You will guide product development from concept to production, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and innovation meet the highest standards for the architectural lighting community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the new product development process from initial concept through final production
- Ensure engineering excellence, product design quality, and on-time project delivery
- Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbering systems
- Create product configurators for our ERP/MRP systems
- Foster a collaborative and energized team culture focused on innovation and success
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in LED luminaire design and manufacturing
- Expertise in SolidWorks and other CAD/design platforms
- Experience with Ray Trace simulation software (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- A passion for creating beautifully engineered products for the architectural community
