Job Summary PERFECT GEARS CHENNAI PVT LTD REQUIRED NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER AND MANAGER WITH 8 TO 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ( GEAR MANUFACTURING COMPANY) SPECIALIST IN HOBBING, GEAR SHAVING, GRINDING,) P ERFECT GEARS CHENNAI PVT LTD IS A LEADING GEAR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LOCATED IN KK NAGAR WEST CHENNAI, Responsibilities and Duties Ø Reporting to GM/JMD/CHAIRMAN. Ø To be one of the motivating team member in the organization representing as overall in-charge of quality policy and objectives of the organization. Ø To achieve the goals & objectives of his department. Ø Responsible to Master list of Drawing . Ø Responsible to Enquire Register. Ø Responsible to Customer Specification Requirements. Ø Responsible to Create CFT Team. Ø Responsible to Feasibility study for new RFQ. Ø Responsible to Process Risk Assessments Ø Responsible to Process Error Proofing . Ø Responsible to Prepare APQP process and documentation. Ø Responsible to Customer Approved Report (Fitment Report) Ø Responsible to prepare process & products drawing and identified special characters. Ø Responsible to customer specified symbols identified in drawings . Ø To develop new products & design the moulds. Ø To be control ECN (Engineering Change Note) in Customer and In-house Drawings . Ø Responsible to Process Cost Reduction. Ø To be monitor Process Effectiveness. Ø To bring more kaizens. Ø To review the above points in MRM.
