We are looking for this position at our molding rubber parts manufacturing plant at Chakan Pune.

Responsibilities:

• 2-4 years of experience in NPD and Automotive industry is MUST
• First single point contact to customer and tool maker during NPD 
• Project Management and planning
• Coordination with customers and tool makers to meet NPD timeline and visit at customer locations on a regular basis
• Tool makers follow ups to meet timeline
• Knowledge about rubber compression and transfer tool Design and Development
• Documenting NPD on a regular basis through standard company documentation.
• Handling the NPD process independently
• Knowledge IATF 16949,VDA6.3 ,PPAP, MTC reports, FPIR, and NPD checksheets
• Knowledge about Feasibility study ,APQP ,PPAP,PFMEA ,Control plan ,MSA ,PFD
• Knowledge and understanding GD&T.
• Hands on experience on Catia V5 will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Process Audit,Product Audit, System Audit, Certification Audit.
• Knowledge about Rubber compression mould , Transfer mould design and development.
• Developing new process concepts for production optimization ,yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
• Working experience of MS Office tools ( excel and powerpoint) and fluency in English
