Your Mission:

Support our Product Development team with precision, energy, and care.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the preparation of recipe prototypes during kitchen benchwork and tastings, for a wide range of shelf-stable foods (from culinary to bakery and confectionery categories).
  • Assist in the development of industry-scalable packaged food recipes, considering all important parameters (technical, organoleptic, regulatory, cost, …).   
  • Carry out mise en place and ensure an efficient, clean and well-organized kitchen setup.
  • Help with ingredient inventory management and ensure stock is always up to date.
  • Participate in ingredient sourcing and shopping when needed.
  • Participate to team meetings and workshops with your positive energy.

The Candidate We’re Looking For

  • Recently graduated in Culinary Arts, or Food Technology or a related field
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a professional kitchen: organized, clean, and proactive
  • A hands-on team player with strong attention to detail and a can-do mindset
  • With a valid Swiss work permit.
