About the Company - Netron(https://www.netron.net/en) is looking for a Sales & Business Development manager to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading solution.


About the Role - Sales & Business development managers are a crucial piece of the overall customer organization and they play an role in helping our customers understand the necessity and support from business value our solution offers. We are admiring mature, empathetic, and ambitious communicator who can help and lead customers successful digital transformation in enterprise level. This position is based on Philippines and there will be more discussion on territory & responsibility during an interview session.


Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales target(annually)
  • Engaging prospects and customer to convince them of the value on our solutions
  • Ability to complex proposal pricing with company’s profitability in mind
  • Leading new customer acquisition and ensuring customer retention
  • Managing and maturing opportunities and record stages in a CRM system
  • Working as part of the team to bring right resources in each customer engagement
  • Acting as the sales lead with partners including AWS, Google, Azure and others
  • Showing “can do” attitude both for the customer and for the company
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly and take the challenges
  • Displaying to listen to customers’ requirements and collaborating with partners to offer the optimised solution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
  • 5+ years of experiences in selling/offering Cloud services/solutions
  • Experiences in Cloud Security solutions like DDoS/WAF/BOT/API Protection will be plus
  • Track record as sales or business development manager
  • Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with and managing external partners/customers
  • Having a consulting background is valuable because it demonstrates your experience in working with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
