An opportunity to join a thriving ‘hyper growth’ omnichannel AdTech business as New Business Development Manager.

A newly created role - The successful candidate will have a hands-on, ‘hunter’ sales approach where you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle of demand partners, including DSP Parentships, Media Agencies and Brands across the EMEA region.

You will play a pivotal role in revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting cutting-edge omnichannel programmatic solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition - be highly proactive in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding #programmatic demand partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the technical & client success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Develop strategic plans for your prospect portfolio to drive revenue growth.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
  • Stay ahead of AdTech industry trends - Attend and represent the business at tradeshows/conferences.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

    • A ‘hunter’ sales mindset
    • At least 4 years of successful new business development sales experience within the #AdTech sector.
    • Proven success in managing pipelines, closing deals, and developing business across multiple regions.
    • Programmatic - extensive knowledge of #adexchanges, DSPs, business models, and Omni-channel advertising.
    • High level of Emotional intelligence.


    U p to £85k base salary + OTE + share options + excellent benefits
