How You Can Play Your Part


As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for national and regional house builders across the Southeast. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders—from architects to SAP assessors—and promote Daikin’s cutting-edge renewable solutions.


You Will


• Develop new business and grow market share in the house builder sector

• Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts

• Drive specification sales of Daikin’s renewable product range

• Manage projects from concept to contract, including technical proposals and CPDs

• Use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy


About You


• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Deep understanding of the new build market and supply chain

• Experience with SAP assessments and Future Homes standards

• Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting sales targets

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for sustainability


Qualifications & Experience


• Essential: Previous sales experience in the heating industry.

• Essential: Experience with house builders and social housing clients.

• Desirable: BPEC or equivalent in HVAC products.

• Desirable: Experience in renewable energy industry and heat pumps.
