Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetworX Configuration SME with deep expertise in NetworX configuration and experience with Facets or QNXT system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetworX configuration, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
• Lead and execute Facets or QNXT configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to support business needs.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain provider reimbursement configurations, contract loading, and pricing methodologies within NetworX.
• Optimize workflows and system integrations between NetworX and Facets or QNXT to streamline claims processing and provider reimbursement.
• Perform detailed system testing and validation to ensure configuration accuracy and compliance with health plan policies.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Significant hands-on experience with NetworX configuration – must be an SME.
• Strong expertise in Facets or QNXT system configuration and administration.
• Preferred: Experience using both QNXT and NetworX within the same health plan.
• Deep understanding of provider contract loading, pricing methodologies, and claims processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
