Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Voice/Network Engineer to join a government partner of ours located at Scott Air Force Base, in St. Louis, MO. The Voice/Network Engineer will perform sustainment, maintenance, Problem and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of DISA Voice Services. Responsibilities of the Voice/Network Engineer role include: * Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service supporting all aspects of a voice, video and data network. * Configuration experience with Juniper or Cisco routers/switches * Analyze and resolve complex technical problems utilizing foundational knowledge of SIP protocol * Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers, call handlers and call routing rules. Required Qualifications for the Voice/Network Engineer include: * 2+ Years of Experience * CompTIA Security+ Certification required * Experience with Juniper or Cisco Equipment required * TS/SCI Clearance Compensation for the Voice/Network Engineer include: * Hourly Range: $30-35/hr. with PTO/Holiday Pay * W2, long-term, open-ended, multi-year assignment * Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on [05/04/2025].
