Salary Range: €70,000 – €100,000 base, depending on candidate profile and performance

Bonus: Up to 2 months’ salary (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network/Product Solution Manager to take ownership of the technical aspects of IP network projects at the presales stage. This role involves:

• Leading solution design and business offer creation for IP network solutions.
• Providing technical support to key customers and partners.
• Organizing and managing go-to-market (GTM) programs, including promotions and marketing events.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of IP networking (LAN, WLAN, Datacenter networks, WAN).
• Strong familiarity with industry certifications such as HCNP/IE, CCNP/IE (preferred).
• Practical experience with IP solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with telecom equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full technical responsibility during the presales phase of projects.
• Design network solutions and business proposals for IP-based infrastructures.
• Support customer and partner technical teams with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute solution-related marketing and promotional activities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, presales, or a similar technical role.
