Job Description

Summary of Position:-

• They should have hands-on on Technologies – Remote Support
• 24/7 Monitoring of Logs, Alerts, and Dash Boards
• Incident Identification & Recording
• Provide level 1 support to address the incident
• Prioritize and assign tickets to respective teams.
• Follow escalation matrix

• Remote Support
• Cisco Router & Switches,
• Networking
• Network Devices.
• Monitoring of Log
• Assign tickets to respective teams.
• Follow the escalation matrix.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate 12th +3 years polytech Diploma.
• 1 to 2 Years Experience and 1-Year core experience in NOC Team & Remote Support.
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Team Handling, Report Generation, Presentation skill.
• Flexible to learn and upgrade.
• Languages- Hindi/ English and can understand Gujarati is preferrable.
