RTS System Operator 1 Job Id 24-113 Job Type Full time Swing, 8 to12 hour shifts 5 to 7 days per week $23.55 to $26.18, hourly rate What you’ll do Operate computer-based automated blending, pasteurizing, finished products, and CIP systems. Must maintain sterility of Pasteurizer. Keep accurate legible logs of all daily activities. Maintain daily inventory and shift reports. Troubleshoot all RTS blending equipment and related lines. Perform administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain all GMP standards. Work well within a team environment. Lead Blender as necessary. Performs periodic tear-down of all pasteurizers, valves and lines associated with the system. Regular attendance required. Must interact cordially with co-worker. Assist other departments as required. Perform any other duties assigned. Maintain a clean environment in the blend room, pasteurizer room, control room and chilled tank room. Maintain caustic and acid tanks. Active participation and support of the plant safety program is required. What we’re looking for Must be able to read, write and perform basic math. High school diploma or GED required. Must pass FNG’s Basic Skills Assessments for the position with evaluation. Blending or system operator experience preferred. Must be able to interpret, edit and follow SOP’s and HACCP. Must be able to keep accurate and thorough logs. Must be familiar with CIP processes and flow panels. Requires the ability to read and understand process flow diagrams. Due to the significant amount of steps/stairs contained in our production facility, employees must have the ability to navigate steps/stairs in a safe manner.
