Description We are a fast-growing hospitality group seeking a hands-on and tech-savvy Network & Systems Administrator to support the connectivity and infrastructure across our restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices. This is an onsite role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach, and comfort navigating both enterprise and field-level IT environments. If you can confidently configure firewalls, manage VLANs, and reboot a rogue POS terminal without skipping a beat-we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Configure and manage firewalls, VPN tunnels, and network ports (preferably SonicWall) * Administer VLANs, Wi-Fi access points, and network switches (Aruba Instant On and Ubiquiti) * Provide technical support for platforms including: * Toast POS, xtraCHEF, Paytronix * Sage MA 100, Restaurant365, Yardi, Paylocity * Assist with network wiring, hardware installation, and new site setup * Collaborate with the Director of IT to maintain and enhance system performance * Travel to local sites using a company-provided vehicle Requirements * Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and small business networking * Strong understanding of network protocols, VLANs, NAT, and IP addressing * Familiarity with Aruba Instant On switches and Ubiquiti/Aruba wireless solutions * Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with non-technical users * Currently residing in Massachusetts or New England * Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license * Availability for full-time onsite work (this is not a remote role) * Preferred: * Background in hospitality or restaurant IT environments * Experience with platforms such as Toast, Restaurant365, or Sage MA 100 * Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, SonicWall, or Aruba Why Join Us? * High-impact role in a dynamic, growing company * Hands-on work with a wide range of technologies * Company vehicle provided for job-related travel * Opportunities for skill development and career advancement
