Job Summary

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure assets.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

Technical problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

Valid Driver's License.

Ability to lift 30-50lbs as needed.

Ability to use a ladder.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or networking related studies. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.

CompTIA A+ certification and Network + certification.

One year of experience installing, administering and troubleshooting in a networking/desktop support role.

One year of experience coordinating the installation of cabling and voice system and network components for new construction and facility relocation.
