Summary

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in routing & switching with Engineering or equivalent educational qualification.

• Day-to-day maintenance and backup.

• SLA Maintenance/ Management, monthly Uptime reports, bandwidth utilization reports & interface utilization/reporting of all the devices.

• Trouble shooting and debugging of Network and Application access issues

• Incident management.

• Submission of periodical reports on the performance of the equipment’s and its review.

• SLA maintenance/management, daily, weekly and quarterly interface utilization report, hardware report etc.

Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance and resolve latency and downtime issues.

Implement security protocols to safeguard data and network access.

Document network changes and maintain configuration records.

Provide escalation support for complex network issues.
