We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Support / DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in network support, DevOps, and IT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of LAN, networking, and support functions. This role is primarily focused on providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting in the management of network systems, ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network systems, including troubleshooting and resolving LAN, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Support DevOps processes for automated deployments, system monitoring, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement network solutions, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes.
• Maintain network security protocols and assist in regular network security audits.
• Provide support for users and resolve issues related to network connectivity and performance.
• Assist with basic server administration tasks, as needed.
• Communicate effectively in English, providing clear explanations and updates to team members and clients.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in network support or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with LAN setup and management, network troubleshooting, and connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc. ).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting network and system issues.
• Basic knowledge of server management and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
