ROLE: NETWORK SERVICES MANAGER
With expert-level knowledge in network configuration, security, and troubleshooting, this SME provides the necessary oversight to maintain network availability, performance, and compliance with DoD and CMD cybersecurity policies.
Responsible for IT services and support such as CAN and LAN operations.
Ensures the secure, efficient, and continuous operation of the network infrastructure.
Configures network devices to meet Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), monitoring cybersecurity directives from agencies such as DISA and ARCYBER, and implements patches, updates, and security protocols to protect mission-critical systems.
Oversees the management of network documentation, including as-built diagrams, schematics, and rack space layouts, ensuring proper asset tracking and network integrity.
REQUIRED:
-Active DoD Top Secret clearance, preferably under a current SCI (or SCI-eligible)
-Ability to work hybrid/onsite in Arlington, VA
-A minimum of five years of relevant experience managing managing network services for a DoD agency with similar infrastructure, scope and complexity
-An ITIL Foundation Level Certification
-IAT Level III or IAM Level III
PREFERRED:
-Experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites
-Minimum 4-year degree in Information Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Business Administration
