Role: Network Support Engineer Location: Santa Clara, CA(Onsite/Hybrid) Type: Contract, Long Term Responsibilities: Relevant experience: 7 – 10 years 4-5 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of Palo Alto next generation firewalls (NGFW) 4-5 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of remote access VPN, IPSEC, Cisco ISE & RSA 2- 3 years of experience in AWS cloud Must be strong team player Outstanding Customer service skills required Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines Good verbal and written English communication skills Provide for day to day operation and project support of network security technologies (i.e. Firewall, NAT, Threat, URL, and vulnerability management). This includes configuration management, rule set design and device security. Ability to design, implement, provide solutions to IT Infrastructure Network, Consulting, Assessment, upgrade and Troubleshoot VPN, Firewalls, other security devices, LAN, Wireless and WAN .• Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting various Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls• Expert level knowledge of AWS VPC, Route53, EC2 instances, Security Group, Routing tables, Internet gateways (IGW) and troubleshooting AWS cloud related issues Expert level knowledge of Cisco ISE, TACACS+/Radius/AAA solutions Expert level knowledge of RSA security console and Certificate management Expert level knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and other routing protocols issues• Handling server’s connectivity and other access issues Handling end user remote access Global Protect and Cisco AnyConnect VPN issues Experienced involving in various network site and data center project implementation Experienced in working Network monitoring tools like Solarwinds, HPNNMI, etc.. Broad knowledge and background on TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, WAN, and LAN Experience in Ansible automation, NetScout and Wireshark tools Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?
