Job Description

• Ensure highly available network that meets business objectives and SLAs
• Escalation for technical problems, and responsible for RCA, documentation and remediation
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, VPC)
• Evaluate critical business activities via analysis and determine specification of scope and impact of danger - GAP analysis
• Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency
• Perform troubleshoot and resolve different problem and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings.
• Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to interact across multiple teams within IT and in the business areas.
• Contribute for all monthly/ Quarterly dashboard reporting, Vendor Management, Support Change and Capacity Planning
• Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN's (IPSec and Remote access) on firewalls.
• Good knowledge and demonstrated experience in analysis and dissection of advanced attacker tactics, techniques and procedures in order to inform adjustments to the control plane.
• Experience with DDoS mitigation solutions.
• Must be proficient and hands-on experience with the following Technologies :
• Routing
• Switching
• Firewall (ASA, Palo Alto, Sophos & Fortigate)
• Load balancer (Array)
• Web Application Firewall
• IPS / IDS
• VPN
• Cisco Nexus
• Ddos
