Key Responsibilities

Scope of Position:

The Network Security Analyst is responsible for securing the enterprise network from security threats and unauthorized access through the competent administration of network security appliances and applications. The Network Security Analyst possesses a strong knowledge of network technologies, systems, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Administer Zscaler Advanced Cloud Firewall
• Administer Zscaler Private Access / Internet Access
• Administer Cloudflare Magic Firewall
• Administer Big-IP F5 Application Security Manager
• Administer Radware DefensePro
• Plan, build, and maintain site-to-site VPNs
• Provide troubleshooting support
• Provide incident response support
• Assist in migration and IT modernization projects
• Develop and implement vulnerability remediation solutions and harden network defenses
• Ensure the overall security of the enterprise network perimeter and isolated segments
• Generate network and traffic flow diagrams
• Provide network security recommendations, best practices, and information
  
  

Education And Experience

• Network Troubleshooting Experience (5+ years)
• Industry Network Certification (e.g. CCNA, Network+)
• Industry Security Certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+)
