🔧 Position Overview:

As a Network Operations Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operations, endpoint security, and cloud enablement for both internal and client-facing environments. You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage powerful platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, and Intune, and support key cloud migrations — all from our state-of-the-art facility in Mohali.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and networking infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, compliance, and mobile device management.
• Configure and secure Entra ID (Azure AD) for SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
• Operate and integrate SentinelOne and CrowdStrike into endpoint and server environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ConnectWise Manage or equivalent PSA platforms.
• Support and lead cloud migration projects — from planning to execution.
• Adhere to and execute structured change management procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SOC/NOC teams and participate in operational security reviews.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, runbooks, and reporting templates.

🎯 What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Network/System Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Operations
• Proven skills in:
• Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, and endpoint security
• ConnectWise, or other PSA tools
• VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server management
• Cloud migrations and tenant management
• A strong grasp of change management, patching, and incident response
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Mohali
