🌐 Job Title: NOC Engineer

📍 Location: Bangalore

🕒 Experience: Preferred 2–4 Years (Freshers with strong fundamentals & valid CCNA certified or training)

📅 Shifts: 24x7 rotational support

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage network alerts using NOC tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.

Provide 24x7 support to ensure continuous network availability and performance.

Troubleshoot network issues involving LAN, WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and connectivity.

Perform basic network configuration and preventive maintenance.

Escalate and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for quick issue resolution.

Ensure network security policies are enforced and adhered to.

Required Skills:

Solid understanding of network fundamentals including IP addressing, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and OSI layers.

Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, eBGP.

Hands-on exposure to monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.) is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment including weekends and night shifts.

CCNA certified (or completed CCNA training) is a must.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
