MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems related to Network and Systems.

Manage crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve problems.

Perform automation through python, ansible to automate repetitive tasks.

Produce relevant documentations and SOPs.

Implement the break fix during incidents.

To provide 2nd line technical support.

Provide technical expertise for 1st line IT support staff, sharing technical knowledge.

Be proficient and experienced in the implementation and management of the following technical disciplines:

Good understanding for Infra Monitoring (Solar winds, Grafana and Prometheus), and DCIM tools.

Good Understanding Incident mgmt, Change management and Problem management.

Good understanding of Routing (OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Vlan, VTP, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel e.t.c.)

Hands on Network Automation (Python and Ansible).

Exposure in Fortigate firewalls.

Exposure in WLAN technologies.

Exposure in Linux and Windows will be added advantage.

Be able to work within a team, facilitating team interaction.

Be willing to work rotational on call basis to support out of business hours.

Be willing to travel overseas.
