Job Description: Job Summary: Provide global network engineering leadership for Hyve Solutions professional and manufacturing environments. Manage a small team of engineers and collaborate with parent company Architecture and Engineering SMEs to optimize network performance, reliability, and security. Manage support schedules and respond to outages after hours as needed to drive timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, project management, and cyber security. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the network engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. * Network Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. * Project Management: Manage multiple network projects, including IT infrastructure upgrades, network expansions, and cyber security initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. * Cyber Security: Collaborate with the IT security team to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that protect our network and data from cyber threats. * Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, ensuring that projects receive the necessary support and that teams are not overburdened. * Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status, challenges, and successes. * Compliance: Ensure that all network activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in technology-related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in network design, implementation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices. * Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex network projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. * Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are highly desirable. * Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
