Role Responsibilities: Responsible for the technical architecture & design patterns for network infrastructure or virtualization farm or database related solutions Analyze user and business requirements and provide recommendations Provide user training and supporting Detailed documentation for system design, software requirement and UAT testing Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Telecommunications Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Information System or equivalent Minimum 10 years of post-qualification IT experience including at least six (6) years of post-qualification IT experience that covers the design or administration of networking, database, or virtualization Hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure (Cisco router & switch, Checkpoint, Fortinet, A10 product) design, implementation and deployment is an added advantage Knowledge in VPN, multicast design and configuration will be advantageous Experience in Oracle, MS SQL, SANS, Backup Solution, VMWare ESXi and AirWatch MDM will be advantageous Holder of CCNP certificate is an added advantage Ability to work on multiple items concurrently where required Mature, self- starter, able to work under pressure Experience in leading a team of network engineers Experience in government project will be an advantage Proficiency in written and spoken English Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred to communicate with internal and external stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday
