The Network Infrastructure Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation and operation of temporary internet services at convention center facilities across Ohio. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to a technology leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the successful installation and removal of temporary network infrastructure at event locations.
Supervise network engineers and network support team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and venue staff to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot intermediate-level network issues to ensure uninterrupted service during events.
Document and report project progress and completion status.
Certification in Project Management (Project+ or Google) or Networking (Network+, CCNA, or similar) required.
College degree is not required; relevant hands-on experience preferred.
Ability to travel to convention venues across Ohio (under 5%).
This position is only open to candidates currently living in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas.
