An Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for supporting all data and voice communications. They monitor and troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and collaborate with other IT teams to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include managing servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems, as well as staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software products including Fortinet firewalls, Fortinet WAP’s, and other various network vendor equipment.

· In person and digital communication with internal departments and externals customers.

· Intune Administration.

· Develops and maintains technical documentation.

· Network monitoring.

· Windows server administration and monitoring.

· Problem resolution, including ownership through resolution of identified problems.

· Coordinates hardware and software updates from vendors.

· AD administration, On-Prem and Entra ID.
