Example: Design end-to-end campus and data centre network using Cisco Nexus switches and MP-BGP routing.
Load Balancing & Traffic Management
Example: Configure load balancing for internal applications across multiple subnets using Azure Load Balancer or similar.
Switching & Routing Expertise
Example: Set up core and access layer switching with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus; troubleshoot OSPF routing issues.
Troubleshooting & Network Diagnostics
Example: Use SolarWinds NetFlow or packet captures to diagnose slow network performance.
Firewall Configuration & Management
Example: Deploy and manage Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ASAv for perimeter and internal security zones.
Cisco Tech Stack Mastery (CCIE Preferred)
Example: Manage complex Cisco environments including SD-WAN, ISE (802.1x), Secure Client, and VPNs.
Wireless Networking (Cisco)
Example: Set up and secure enterprise Wi-Fi network using Cisco wireless controllers.
Cloud Networking (Azure Preferred)
Example: Configure Azure ExpressRoute, virtual firewalls, and private endpoints for secure hybrid connectivity.
Basic Scripting & Automation (Nice to Have)
Example: Write simple Python scripts or use DevOps pipelines to automate configuration backups or change rollouts.
