Primary responsibilities include integrating LAN equipment with the WAN, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and coordinating with remote support. Requirements: * 4 years of experience with TCP/IP protocol configuration (e.g., DNS, FTP, SSH, BGP). * 2 years of experience deploying documented network architectures and troubleshooting connectivity issues. * Functional understanding of TCP/IP network subnetting. * 4 years of experience in Network Operations. * Ability to execute precise work in time-sensitive outage scenarios. * Effective communication of status changes impacting operations. * Active TS/SCI Recommended/Desired: * Experience or exposure to hosting providers, online services, or internet service provider environments, including troubleshooting routing, switching, and load balancing. * Undergraduate degree in a related field or apprenticeship degree. * CCNA or CCNP certification. * Independent functional experience performing packet capture analysis or running Wireshark is highly desirable. * Experience with securing/locking down network devices.
