Low-latency, high-performance network infrastructure is crucial to our trading system. A flexible and reliable network supports each of our transactions and has a direct impact on our business.

We are looking for a highly self-driven network engineer with a passion for sloving complex problems. Your expertise and contributions will help us maintain the high-level infrastructure to scale and drive our growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and operate trading network infrastructure;
• Ensure all network functions correctly across all datacenters and colocations. Rapidly diagnose and resolve network-related issues;
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks such as micro bursts, jitter, queueing,etc., and make continuous improvements;
• Work closely across multiple teams to understand business needs and provide solutions that meet needs;
• Track cutting edge technologies and trends, evaluate the potential usage. Conduct exploration and research based on business scenarios.

Requirements:

• More than three years of experience in network operating;
• Strong knowledge & experience in networking technology such as TCP/IP, BGP, QoS, VPN, MSDP, PIM, IGMP, etc;
• Strong knowledge of technical details of hardware devices including switches, routers, firewalls from different manufacturers;
• Experience in setting up colocation infrastructure and working with providers and carriers;
• Experience in network monitoring, analysis, automation and capacity management;
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity, market data feed, low-latency network would be beneficial.
