• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
• Network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
• Cybersecurity best practices and data protection compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Network & Security Management
• Implement security measures, firewalls, and antivirus protection.
• IT Infrastructure Management
• Manage software applications, operating systems, and updates.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical assistance to employees ( software, and network issues).
• Respond to IT-related service requests and troubleshoot problems.
