Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Assist in developing network tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Support the implementation and configuration of cloud and on-premises network solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using tools like iPerf, network monitoring platforms, and logging systems. Document network configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with engineers on cloud networking projects, including VPCs, direct connects, and security policies. Engage in technical support and resolve network-related incidents for internal teams. Requirements

Who You Are: Passionate about cloud networking, automation, and network security. A fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication skills. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, Firewalls). Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Tencent Cloud) is a plus. Experience with network automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus. Knowledge of network monitoring and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, Flowlog) is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn. Bilingual (English & Chinese) preferred to communicate with global teams.
