Network Engineer - Hybrid (Indianapolis, IN)

Salary: $80-100K based on experience

Summary: Manage and optimize network operations to ensure constant availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company's network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN) design and maintenance.
• Document network configurations; assess and improve performance.
• Collaborate on network security and compliance; lead troubleshooting efforts.
• Manage network projects and upgrades; provide emergency support.
• Mentor junior staff and manage additional responsibilities as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Technology or related experience.
• 3+ years in network operations; Cisco, Palo Alto, and VoIP experience preferred.
• CCNA required, CCNP preferred.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, MPLS, and network resilience.
• Ability to multitask and guide team members through complex issues.

Pay: $87,802.00 - $98,000.00 per year
