Network Engineer - In-Building Signal Solutions

We're hiring a Network Engineer with deep hands-on experience in in-building wireless systems, including a thorough understanding of DAS, signal sources, and IP networking. This position supports both pre-sales consulting and project delivery for custom indoor cellular networks across Tier-1 carrier environments.

The ideal candidate will have working experience with Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile and is intimately familiar with signal source equipment (e.g., Ericsson Radio Dot®, SpiderCloud®, OneCell®) and how these integrate into DAS and private cellular deployments. Strong knowledge of MOCN, iBwave, and IP transport design is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design solutions aligned with customer requirements, carrier standards, and budget constraints.
• Validate and recommend signal sources during DAS design reviews-including specific model familiarity (e.g., Ericsson radios for Verizon DAS).
• Generate system documentation: rack elevations, IP schemas, firewall configs, and connection diagrams.
• Guide field teams through equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring proper signal delivery and carrier integration.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during implementation and ongoing system support, including RF and network layers.

Required Experience:

• Direct experience supporting DAS or signal source deployments for Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile-including knowledge of approved signal source equipment and configurations.
• Strong familiarity with Ericsson Radio Dot®, SpiderCloud®, and OneCell®-and understanding of their carrier-specific applications.
• Knowledge of private cellular concepts, MOCN, and the signal transport path from source to headend.
• Proficiency with IP networking (VPNs, firewalls-Fortinet preferred, VLANs, routing).
• Advanced iBwave® user-able to review and optimize DAS designs.
• Experience with OEMs such as ADRF, Commscope, Corning, Ericsson, JMA, or SOLiD.
• Ability to lead site turnups, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate across engineering teams.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and documentation skills.
