Position Description

Provide level 1 triage and support to network related escalations from users and stores. Assist with installation, setup, monitoring and maintenance of both networks and telecom related systems at stores and office locations. Assist with routine technology support functions such as coordination, maintenance, upgrades, and overall support for network stacks to ensure proper operation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide level 1 triage and support to network related escalations
• Assist with troubleshooting network connected issues
• Assist with monitoring network connected devices
• Assist with network related projects, upgrades, maintenance, and documentation of systems
• Requires off hours and on call rotation support

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Acceptable equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience with WAN/LAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems, topologies, and protocols
• Basic Knowledge and experience with Networking, Telephony, Server, and Client technologies
