🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN concentrators).

Perform configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure high availability.

Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies.

Troubleshoot complex network issues and work with internal/external teams for resolution.

Implement and maintain security measures (access controls, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).

Create and update network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and support team members.

Participate in on-call rotation for network emergencies.

Stay up to date on industry advancements and recommend improvements.

✅ Required Skills:

Proven experience with SD-WAN, wireless networks, and Cisco USC.

Strong knowledge of network design, performance tuning, and security protocols.

Ability to handle mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
