R Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our high-performing Asia Regional Network Team, supporting a global financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex enterprise network solutions across IP Voice, IP Data, WAN, MPLS, and network security.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support and collaborate on regional network projects.
• Build and manage infrastructure components including Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wireless, and Load Balancers (F5 LTM, NetScaler).
• Drive automation using Shell, PERL, or Python scripting.
• Maintain and document network diagrams and operational support procedures.

Required Expertise:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience, with at least 2 years in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Cisco routing/switching (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, VPN, and network protocols.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Cloud Networking (private/public).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Cacti, Syslog, NetBox.
• Preferred experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA, WAN optimizers (Riverbed), and ITIL process.
• Strong scripting and Linux (Red Hat) command-line skills.

Certifications:

Professional-level certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper) preferred.

Language:

English proficiency required – must be comfortable working in a multicultural global team.
