Job Summary
The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing network infrastructure ensuring seamless connectivity and performance. With a focus on load balancing switching and routing the specialist will contribute to the companys technological advancement and operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts and expertise in Arista and Cisco technologies.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
* Implement load balancing strategies to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
* Configure and maintain switching and routing protocols using Arista and Cisco technologies.
* Oversee wireless network operations to ensure robust and secure connectivity.
* Utilize WAN optimizers to improve data transmission and reduce latency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business objectives.
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
* Develop and enforce network security policies to protect organizational data.
* Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
* Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
* Document network configurations and changes for future reference and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in network management.
QualificationsS
hould have minimum of 8+ years of core experience (DC) in supporting a large enterprise environment
Proficient knowledge and understanding of Routing, Switching and Security devices
Sound experience in Juniper Switches and Palo Alto ,SRX Firewall devices
F5 BIG-IP and Fortigate will be an added advantage
Knowledge OF NAT,IPSEC and ACL
Experience in supporting protocols like BGP, HSRP and VRRP
Point to Point Links, IPSEC VPNs, Wi-Fi (Meraki)
Certifications Required
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
