Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular network maintenance, updates, and patch management.
  
  

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain documentation for network configurations, topologies, and processes.
• Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
  
  

Collaboration And Team Handling

• Work with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network connectivity issues.
• Handle a team of 3-5 engineers.
• Support the team to accomplish the given tasks.
• Establish yourself as a role model.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet).
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security measures.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
