Manage Network Operation at Client's network environment including Incident/Problem/Change management. Meeting with client in reporting network healthiness and improvement made.
Responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.
Some of the primary duties include:
Proactive monitoring and analysis
Data Integrity
Technical Lead during Severity 1 & 2 Incidents
Change/EWO review team
Change Implementation
Problem management
RCA analysis
Implement IMAC
Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
