Network Engineer

General description:

As a Network Engineer, you will be part of internal Network team and you will be responsible for design, managing and maintaining core network hardware and network security Infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for design, planning, implementation and operations of core networking infrastructure including Switches, Routers and Access Points
• Manage, review and monitor on premise and cloud, network security infrastructure, such as firewalls, VPN Gateway and WAF
• Identify and resolve network-related issues
• Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Administration or other related discipline
• Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and checkpoint
• Experience in managing Network Access Control
• Network security issue-resolving approach
• Experience in managing Network Access Control
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Cisco and Checkpoint certification are highly desirable
