Role Overview
We are seeking a pioneering Network Development Representative (NDR) to join our Revenue Operations team and redefine how Gotransverse connects with its market. This is not a traditional sales role—it’s a strategic, cross-functional position designed to build and nurture a network of relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the NDR will blend sales, marketing, and community-building efforts to engage prospects, amplify Gotransverse’s brand, and position us as the go-to solution for billing innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Network Growth: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., finance leaders, IT directors, billing specialists) across industries like SaaS, telecom, and healthcare, pulling them into Gotransverse’s sphere of influence through thoughtful outreach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop and share compelling content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, videos, industry reports) that showcases Gotransverse’s expertise in billing and revenue management, establishing personal and brand authority.
- Community Engagement: Invite prospects into Gotransverse’s ecosystem—via events, webinars, or partner communities—and ensure they find value, fostering trust and long-term connections.
- Smart Outbound: Leverage intent signals (e.g., website visits, partner referrals) to identify the 10% of in-market buyers, collaborating with Account Executives to schedule high-quality meetings while nurturing the 90% not yet ready to buy.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and strategic allies (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake) to align network-building efforts with revenue goals, enhancing our partner ecosystem and referral pipeline.
- Pipeline Support: Maintain accurate records of network interactions and prospect engagement in CRM tools like HubSpot, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales teams.
- Feedback Loop: Work with Product Management to relay market insights and customer needs, influencing the development of our enterprise billing solution to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Metrics Tracking: Report on network growth (e.g., connections, engagements) and revenue outcomes, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Travel: Occasional travel to support key events, partner meetings, or customer engagements (up to 10-15% of time).
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales, marketing, business development, or customer success, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with billing, revenue management, or financial workflows; bonus points for experience with APIs, integrations, or platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences (e.g., C-level executives, technical teams).
- Creativity: A proactive, curious mindset with a knack for creating content or programs that resonate with target buyers.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster authentic connections and act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Data-Driven: Comfort with tracking metrics and using insights to refine strategies; experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, 6sense, or most sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
