We are now looking for an experienced Network (Collaboration) Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Experienced with voice protocols such as SIP, SIP Trunking, H323 required
• Experienced with complex dial plans, call handler, auto-attendants, call queues
• Experienced with IP telephony solutions, preferably one of the manufacturers Microsoft (Teams Phone), Avaya, Cisco (CUCM)
• To be able to understand concepts such as Dial-plan, Routing configuration, Teams Phone policies, Trunking, Call Center functionality
• Hands-On Experience in preventive maintenance, installation activity/administration of Voice Gateways
• Ability to use Linux commands
• Knowledge of Session Border Controllers and Voice recording technologies will be appreciated
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of QoS issues is desirable
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong understanding of voice protocols and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
